Learn from practical experiences and further your career as an Enterprise Architect. You too can become recognized as an influential leader.

Learn tools and techniques that I have used throughout my 30 IMIT career to implement a BUSINESS-DRIVEN Enterprise Architecture Practice.

This course is the first in a three part series that contains a step by step guide for how I implement the first year. This course – Part I- will walk you through the details for how to create that first instance of the consolidated roadmap or operational plan. The key is to create the most viable product within the first 3-4 months.

Using a fictitous organization I will demonstrate how to:

  • Approach EA using a business driven model,
  • Create EA Design Principles customized to the senior executives appetite for change,
  • Document the business artifacts needed to create the business roadmap, and
  • Pull all of the information together and prioritize it based on risk and value add.
