Using a fictitious organization you will be guided through the steps and shown real live examples.
Starting with the system to Identify Opportunities, I will demonstrate how to build and lay down the tracks to identify and document opportunities across the organization. Once the tracks are in place the organization will continue to identify new opportunities and start shifting from a reactive to proactive change environment.
